The Spanish Club consists of a group of students interested in the Spanish language and Hispanic culture. The goals of the Spanish Club are:
To promote a sense of cultural diversity and awareness
To serve the community through service activities
To further the education of its members by awarding scholarships
Activities
Throughout the school year, the Spanish Club meets for culturally significant celebrations, such as el Dieciseis de Diciembre and el Cinco de Mayo.
Services
The Club also provides a number of community services, including raising money for the Goodfellows organization and decorating the nursing homes at Christmas. The club also provides a scholarship for a qualified senior member.
